The Project
Once a cluster of outdated office space for a horse's training facility, Mitch Williams Construction transformed this structure into the Santa Ynez Valley's most beautiful wine tasting room (As recognized by the Santa Ynez Valley chamber of commerce, 1999.) We worked with the owner of the landmark Bridlewood winery on every detail of the space including the design of the custom cabinetry, the integral color finishes in the plaster, the massive slab granite tops, the split slate floors and even the state of the art lighting system and fixtures. We also provided our in-house crews and services as general contractor for the construction of new executive offices and public restrooms. MWC worked in conjunction with Pocrajac Construction Company to convert the rest of the existing horse barns and related facilities into a world-class wine production facility capable of producing up to 50,000 cases of wine per year.
Recently featured in Fine Estates of the World as one of the most beautiful and refined estates in Southern California, this horse ranch turned winery continues to win awards and garner worldwide acclaim.
